Website down

Hi - I'm not sure where to post this question, but have been asked to try to help fix a website issue. The site is built in Concrete5 and hosted by Hostek. I was contacted by folks at the church I belong to regarding and issue with their website a few days ago. When it loads, it only says "Hello World." See attached. I'm working to get access to the cpanel at Hostek, but have not found any other way to login to the Concrete5 dashboard to try to fix anything.

Has anyone seen this happen, and do you have any ideas on how to fix it? The code may be out of date, or the version of Concrete5, but for now I'm not able to see anything to try to resolve it. The church's other site ( is working fine, though, and is built in the same platform.

Heading out for a while, but will check for replies. Any and all help is appreciated.

p.s. relatively novice volunteer here, so thanks again!

I would check the server's FTP and make sure somebody didn't upload an index.html that just says "Hello World" this site isn't loading Concrete5.

Changed php or apache configuration could also cause this problem. Judging by the message, I'd say an informal change rather than an official upgrade.
