For example, I want to design a theme that in a div header, I want to include the current page name... whats the php code I need to insert to pull this out??

Also is there a script for breadcrumbs that pulls out the page name in the format Home > About us > etc

Not usinghttp://sitename.co.nz > index > page_name like on the spacially adjusted theme??

Also one last thing, what are some things I can do to make Concrete 5 installations Alot faster loading, are there any tricks of the trade to do this?

Also if I want to get rid of the concrete5 default installation pages that are put into the database, what values do I need to change? i havent looked yet but im guesssing there is a file that puts data into the into the sql database.
