500 internal server error

Hello,
We have migrated everything to a new VPS. After that one C5 website stopped working.
I got a 500 Internal Server Error. See here:http://richardschultz.nl/
I have changed PHP settings, but its still not working.
In the server loggin I see following: "mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds" mod_fcgid

In the site.php file, the old IP address of the old VPS was in there..
