Add Page Access Denied

Hello All,
I am have set up a group call "Teachers" and given them access to a specific part of the website. I have advanced permissions on, and gave them access to the Dashboard, Sitemap, and File Manager.
When I'm in the sitemap, and they click on "Home" to "Add Page", they get an Access Denied error, and I can not figure out why.
If I log in as an Admin, there's no problem, so it's something with this group and the permissions. But I just can't figure out where. Everywhere it seems like they should have access they do. Any help would be great. Thanks!

After turning on advanced permissions, did you explicitly give permission to add pages to the "Teachers" group? I can't remember off the top of my head where exactly you set these, but I would check the permissions of the Home page itself.
