Assign Page Permissions via PHP

As the title says how can I assigned permissions to a page if i have the page object, i want the admin group to have all permissions, and a single user (the UserInfo object is in the script) to be able to view, but not Guests or other registered users,

heh, i was sleeping,
those "read" permissions but they do not set them, which is what i need :(

ill have to try it out, in the core i saw that the $pxml stuff was commented out, we will see :)
