Hello,
With Concrete 8.1and block Image
If I put another image for roolover, nothing happen (I use png ou JPG images) and i give a link.
Did you meet this problem ?

To use the image hover effect in 8.1, you must constrain the image.
For smooth image switching, the images should be the same aspect ratio.
