Built in block: Forms is not working

Hi, for some reason, when I try to type in: Notify me by email when people submit this form, and want to add my email address, it won't type anything. I've clicked the insert button on my keyboard, but for some reason it won't allow me to add. The other fields in the form options, I can add text.

Please advise.

I recently had this issue on one of the 5.5 versions, but temporarily resolved it by using the Chrome Developer Tool (View > Developer > Developer Tools) to remove the disabled attribute from the element so that I could enter an email address.

It appears to be fixed in the new version
