can I delete the test database?

I'm hosting on Y'alls servers, and looking at my database with phpMyAdmin i notice there is a database called test... what is that?

that has nothing to do with concrete5, I would suggest that that is the initial db loaded with mysql or phpmyadmin. I would delete it.
