[Solved] Can't Edit Areas

I've just finished a theme integration with 5.3.3.1 and none of my areas are editable. I can see the grey dots border (should be red no?) around it but I got no context menus.
I've done the basics and checked for a javascript error, none I don't have any custom js yet. I've also validated sucessfully against w3 validator for XHTML 1.0 strict...

Combo Of z-index changes and clears fixed it.

Thanks for posting your Result on that problem! Had the same issue. z-index in some CSS lines caused the problem.
