Can't add new block basic_test from tutorial

I'm following this official tutorial

to add a new block to my fresh installation of concrete5. When I downloaded the zip and unzipped it in concrete/blocks, it says nothing is waiting to be installed under Block Types. When I place it in application/blocks, it gives an error "Class 'BlockController' not found". I already tried clearing the cache. I am using concrete 5.7.2
What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I installed 5.6.3.2 and indeed it did install successfully.
However I'm thinking about building a new website with concrete 5.7.2, therefore I'd like to figure this out. I've tried checking changelog to see what must be changed to the basic_test script. Anyone can help me with it?

Try on a 5.6 version and it will work
