Can't Download Packages

Hi,

I have a site that is runs a legacy version of Concrete5... 5.4.1.

They site owner has had a lot of spam coming through their contact form. I have been trying to download a new add-on to help (a recaptcha add-on or something like that to help), however I cannot get past installation. I get the following error.

The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
An error occurred while downloading the package.

I cannot seem to get the site connected to the project page on my account in order to download the files and manually install them in the packages folder. Any suggestions? I seem to hit a road block everywhere.

Thank you for your help.

It sounds like the server is timing out while trying to download the package. Why don't you just use the "Download Archive" feature and manually upload the files using FTP to the client's server? Then you don't need a project page or to worry about the server timeout.

I've never used that feature before. I look for it. Thank you.
