I have a site that I am developing and would like to use C5 as the CMS for it.

My client is tied to their host - so I can't move the site to your hosting facility unfortunately. But I would be willing to pay for support to have C5 installed on their server.

As a test I've been trying to install it on my Media Temple hosting account... but being a shared box I don't have the access required to change the configuration of PHP or MySQL, although the base requirements seem to be met.

I see that there is a link on your site alluding to support, and while I have created an account, I am unable to access this page. When I try it keeps redirecting me to the login page.

Please let me know is this is a service that you offer.
