Create a site for customer reviews

Hello:

I'm going to build a site that is a directory of restaurants.
This site will have many updates monthly.
It is important that the site is always online for users, but we need that can have a preview of the updates for my client, before publishing.
How do you suggest do this?

If you don't publish after you make your edits, then all you have to do is tell the person, "Hey, go login and check the site." Once they approve of it, then you can click on the approve version button that should pop up whenever you go back to the pages you edited.
