delete theme from backend

I installed a theme in the backend of my website and now i don't want to use it. So now I need to delete it from the theme section of my backend. Can anyone tell me what directory/file i need to go to in order for the client not to see any other theme but the one we are using?

you can do this from the dashboard unless it's one of the core themes... Unless I haven't had enough coffee and I'm only dreaming that..
