Wouldn't that actually be COUNTIES?

Weeeell, yeah, fair point, but the drop downs 'state/province' so I just went with that. There is actually a Great Britain(UK) option that allows the user to type their own county, that'll do for now.

I am also needing to add to the UK counties list. Where can i find the file to mod?

This will be fixed if you upgrade to the latest version of concrete5 core (5.4.0 or greater).

If you need to change this file in a previous version you can do so by modifying concrete/helpers/lists/state_provinces.php.

I've updated the eCommerce add-on and the concrete5 core on the site to be the latest and greatest.

Just checked the demo and it has the same problem as my installation.

Powys
Cardiff
Swansea



Northern Ireland is part of the UK (Not Great Britain) so Antrim, Armagh, Derry (Londonderry), Down, Fermanagh and lastly Tyrone should be in the UK list, not the Ireland list

However, it's worth noting that "Royal Mail doesn't recommend the use of county, and in addresses from Royal Mail including the database extracts we sell it is never used."

just thought I would tag onto this post, I am looking for instructions for adding to the country list, I need to add Jersey, Gurnsey and the Isle of Mann. Can anyone help?

I have had a look at the code but I am a designer with a bit of code knowledge...

This file contains a much improved list of UK counties.

Place it in the helpers/lists/ folder (will need to be created) and away you go!

Thanks for adding this, i have added the file to the site and refreshed the cache but the same states and Provinces are still showing.

Any idea why ?
