EMERGENCY locked out of my admin panel

I was trying to work with an external form block.
I added it to my default page through the editor, when I tried to test the page, it goes gives me a almost fully white page that says "An unexpected error occurred" "Unable to load external block controller file. process.php" (process.php) was my file in the external block fields folder. There is a back to home button, under the error message but clicking it brings me to the same page.

I CAN NOT ACCESS MY ADMIN PANEL.

can someone please help. Is there a way to reset it?

I am still stuck and hoping someone can help with this.
I tried recreating the external_forms folder, and renaming the test_form.php files, but I'm still getting the same error.

I think I need to flush the concrete 5 cache, but I can't access the admin panel other than the page where it says error has occurred. Any help?

Did you try typing the dashboard path directly in the url
.../index.php/dashboard
Does it work?

Thanks, that got me back into the dashboard, but I'm still getting the error whenever I try and access the main (default) page in order to remove the offending block. Clearing the cache didn't seem to do anything.

OK I'm back in. I was able to activate an older version of the home page. For some reason I had to make a copy of the older version. TY for the help.

OMG. This was a life saver. I was totally locked out. I was able to sneak back into my site and uncheck the remove Index.php check mark.
I still don't understand what I need to do to get rid of the index.php. Every time I try I get locked out of my site.....
