Error after adding 2nd FAQ, 1st FAQ dropped off

Hi there,
I'm building a page with multiple FAQ blocks in it,with a Custom Template: Vedana Accordion. After inserting my 2nd FAQ above the first, the 1st FAQ block disappeared. It was under the "Aquatics" heading. An error message is in its place:
An unexpected error occurred.
Cannot redeclare nl2p() (previously declared in /mnt/stor9-wc1-dfw1/640587/1017342/www.thewomensclub.com/web/content/packages/theme_vedana/blocks/faq/templates/vedana_accordion/view.php:23)
I'm using the Vedana Template in C5.7.3+
