fancytree() is not a function

I have a server that is giving me issues. It is not mine, so I have limited control.
I have installed new versions (5.7.5.9, 10 and 13) of C5 on it to test. I have also created a working site on another server and moved the entire site folder and DB to this system.
In all cases when I go to Sitemap, I see no Home page. In the console I see "Uncaught TypeError: b(...).fancytree is not a function"
I am baffled how that can be system specific.
Any idea how to fix this?

I am getting a strange error like this also

Bump. Getting same issues
My only suggestion is to be sure to clear Concrete5 cache from the Dashboard

I went to another site on the same server that was working. Then went back to the latest and it works now too.
