I have a form on my website
The problem is now that I don't receive an email (this is set in the options of the form)
The message is nevertheless well received in the report section on the dashboard

can you help me out of this.

Did you set an email method in the dashboard?

Go to System & Settings -> Email -> SMTP Method:
I'd choose the Default PHP Mail Function first and if that doesn't work (Test on the next sub-page: "Test Mail Settings"), set an External SMTP Server, which you can ask your email provider for help or set another server like a gmail server as explained here:
