Front End Advanced Search with Autocomplete

We are looking to extend the current search facility in 5.7.5.13. We would like to have a autocomplete and spell checker to show relevant results for partially and miss spelt words on a page or in a tag attribute.
We cannot seem to find a plugin to do this but would ask, is there one?
As anyone solved this issue before with the current search function?

That will require some custom coding.
