Gallery not updating

I have a website with a gallery that appears updated when I am signed in but once signed out, the photos I have assigned to that set don't appear in the fancybox popup.

I have cleared cache and reduced the size of photos to no avail.

Any ideas?

Any javascript errors?

Do you have a URL we can see?

Client had been uploading files with wrong suffix! Doh!
