Help! Lost content for dashboard after trying to move file structure to root

Hi
I would be so grateful if anyone can shed some light on the issue below.
After moving files down a level to the root(/public_html) I couldn't get the site to work at all and kept getting internal server 500 error. After spending ages to try and sort this I decided to move everything back up a level the way it was before. This was fine and the site works except I seem to have lost access to my dashboard.
I can go to qualityscotland.co.uk/index.php/dashboard but this only brings up blank dashboard with no content.
When moving files have I missed something out that would cause this?

Yes.
I had it in /public_html/concrete and moved it down to /public_html.
I have since moved it back up but I seem to have lost access to the contents of my dashboard? I can access using urlssuch as /index.php/dashboard/optimization (when I can remember what they are for specific areas??
Also when I sign using my mainadmin the edit feature is not available either?
