Help! Unable to access anything after downloading new add-on and now stuck with error when visiting website (to login, edit, or view)

I just downloaded and installed a new add-on "Framework" to our website, so that I could create a new page, and immediately after I downloaded, I clicked "Sitemap" to start creating the new page, but I only see an error message, and can no longer access my webpage at all, logged in or not. My friend just tried to navigate tohttp://www.kinemotik.com (our page) also and received the same error. Please help!

What addon? There is no "framework" addon. Can you ftp to the site and remove the package?
"Framework" is a Theme Package
