Hide Page

Hi,

Is there anyone that know how I can hide pages in the sitemap? Such that I don't have to delete the page and create it from scratch when I need it.

Go to the page Properties - either by clicking on the page in the sitemap or from the frontend edit mode "Properties" button, and scroll down to the bottom of the options given and check the box called "Exclude from Nav". That will do it. When you the page to appear, uncheck the box.

If you really want to make sure no one can read the page at all until you want to show it, you should set the page permissions so that only the admin group can view it.

Hi, I'm trying to do this too. Have set permissions to admin only AND clicked exclude from nav, but pages are still showing up.

Any other ideas? Yes I have emptied cache :-)

having same issue, pages still showing with permissions set to admin only.
when logged out, (those pages as seen by clients) would require log in.
kinda makes me look —less than professional.
could place them in trash, but them i would forget about them!
help, thanks

I am having the opposite issue. I cannot get the page links to show up even when I set the permissions to guest. It seems like the change won't take. I can see these pages when I am logged in but cannot see them when using the site as a guest. I have cleared the cache.
