How can I eliminate the extension php?

Seems google is picking up a lot of these php extensions as my main keyword. Can you please outline a way for me to eliminate these?

Do I use the checkbox in the dashboard? or could I use properties box and change the url string some how?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Isaac

Hi Isaac

Can you just confirm if you have copied the code shown in image 2 into your .htacess file and you have left the check box ticked?
If you have done this then the index.php part of your URL will be removed so instead of mysite.com/index.php/home/ becomes mysite.com/home/

Sorry if I have grabbed the wrong end of the stick but I think this may be the cause of your problem.
