How to maintain/view the Main Nav Menu so as to navigate back from an External Link (Nav tab)

I have added a Page, named it and have also activated an Auto Nav Tab. Fine.
Then, I have linked this page to an external link (my Wordpress blog): (Dashboard-to Sitemap-to Home -to Add External Link). Fine.
Problem: Is there any way to maintain/View/Access all the Main Nav tabs while one is actually on an externally linked Nav tab?
Obviously when I click on that Nav tab, it directs me to the external link. But, I don't want to have to (backspace) to return to my website. I also want to keep all the features of my Wordpress blog setup.
Any structuring help will be greatly appreciated. I am not a techie!
