How to make blocks with text and image

I want to give the editors the ability to add blocks in the sidebar containing an image and and text in a box. It should be easy so the editor just select to add box then add image and text.
like:
CONTENT AREA SIDEBAR
Text Box with text and image (any number of boxes)
