how to test code of site if its done properly or not?

Hello Guys,

One of my sites megawecare.com is made using concrete5. i would like to understand how we can test the code, if it is following all the standards or not...basically the idea is to improve site performance and optimise it for betterment.

My advice would be to open an account at Googles Webmaster Tools.
Add your domain and allow google to crawl the code for errors and improvements.
Also
Try checking your web browser console for errors, I can tell you there a couple of 404's already.
Also
Try a YSlow webpage speed test (google search for YSlow)

You can get the web developers tool a chrome extension that will let you test lots of stuff.
