How delete Single Pages?

Ok, so I added a Single Page using the Add button. Now how do I delete it without having to manually update the database?

Go to the sitemap look for the single page. Click on it, press delete and voila!

Same way.

Go to the sitemap. Check "Show System Pages". Look for "Dashboard" single page and subpages. Look for the single page. Click on it and press delete.

See attached screenshot.

Except that as soon as you upload a new page of the same name to root/single_pages it just shows the old page. I need to update a singles page and it is stuck in the cache or something, no matter what I do.

UPDATE: Do not have a file named the same in your theme directory. This will make you waste a lot of time trying to figure out the problem.

May not help, but I have had similar problem with files being misread.

I found loads of temp. folders and files on my server, which took up 54 Megabytes?

They were not needed, so deleted offending files and repaired DB.

Then when putting back modified files all was well.

See if that works.
