Image Block Hover - Mobile friendly

Currently building a site with 5.7.5.8 and wanting to use the Image Block Hover feature. It works ok, but the hover isn't working on mobile or tablet devices, just linking into the page from the first image.
Is there something I can add to the code to allow this to work?

Not sure what you want to achieve or if I am missing something, but what you described is exactly how it should/supposed to work on mobile devices (there is no real hover behaviour on touch screens).
