Installation hangs

Yesterday I installed concrete5 fine, but as I screwed up some files I decided to reinstall it. Fresh install with new db and all files (all needed privileges set). But Now it fails every-time onhttp://localhost/index.php/install/run_routine/elemental_blank/add_... The request is Pending forever :(.
Any ideas?
