Is it possible to make website from an existing psd concept without coding html & css?

Hi, I am a totally newbie to Concrete5, sorry in advance for the maybe obvious question.

Is it possible to create a website in concrete5 from a specific design I have as a psd concept I made myself, without coding html or css. or even having any knowledge to coding?

My design is quite specific, and I don't wish to change it if possible.

You can do without coding HTML & CSS if you let someone else do it? :D

But if you mean like "Upload design and magically convert it to a responsive website with HTML & CSS", I guess the answer is no. At least, not that I'm aware of. And I guess it would be very highly complicated to make that happen just yet. I can imagine for this to happen though, but it won't be as clean as letting a professional do a custom job for you.

I have just an image of a design, which I want to build by drag and drop or maybe just change existing theme, is this possible?

Only criteria is that the website will look 100% like my image.

It's possibly if you have someone to make it for you, not by simply expecting an application build it for you.

Is that because you need to cocde the css for the design?

There is no application who can transform an image into a perfect responsive (static) HTML/CSS website. Let alone also implement concrete5 in it.

But then again, correct me if I've been living under a rock and this application does exist! :)

Just want to make sure:
What is the chance's to find a theme and change it to make it look exactly my design,
without coding?

Because I learn quick, If I can find a theme, and change that theme enough, then it must be possible to make the website without having to code any css or html?

Taking a theme and changing it according to your needs is a good starting point to learn changing css/less/html. But you will surely need some coding work to do.

Can you post some rasters of the design?

To do this with no coding is possible, but creating a package that does this has proven extremely difficult ( and that goes for any platform ). C5 does come with some build in styling options based on the theme. Some themes offer more features than others. Mega Theme packs sell well because they claim this functionality.

What you want, yes is possible. Has someone coded a package that can do this yet? No. I spent 3 months developing a package like this for 3 tier menus and had to step away because scope creep. But it was 10,000 lines of code when I left off just to give you an idea of how complex it is to offer virtually every design possibility through the front end.
