You should be able to download the archive from this pagehttp://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...

If you can't then check your projects to see if you have the licence connected to that site, if so, remove it from the project and then download the archive from the orders page

Thank you - I removed it from the project and reselected it to the project - that failed to help. where can I find the orders page?

You can go to the orders page by clicking the url in my previous post or you can go to My account > Transactions > Licenses

Dowloading the archive is the files, not the licence.
Your licence count goes down as you assign it to projects.
