Magic Tabs not working when not logged in

I've been using Magic tabs for close to a year. Today the tabs display fine when I'm logged in, but don't display for users who aren't logged in. A list of links to the tab sections displays at the top instead. Has anyone seen this and what can be done to correct? It must be permissions somehow, but I haven't set up permissions for these in any way.

You should use the support area for the add-on or send johnthefish a pm in regards.

You should always start by emptying the cache and see if it solves the problem.

IF it doesn't, take enlil advice and contact johnTheFish

It sounds like your tabs are not loading a requisite css file.

Have you recently updated and are you using a custom template?

v2.0 of MT for c5.6 added some minor changes to the php for custom templates and increased the complexity of the css to provide responsive capabilities. This included some changes that may make some custom templates not backward compatible, as per: https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/magic-tabs/changelog/...

If that does not point you in the right direction, please post a link to the site/page and also your c5 environment and I will have a look to see what I can find.
