Maintenance mode and domain

I turned off maintenance mode but I am having an issue.
When I go here (without "www")
http://thephilipsmithfoundation.com/...
I am getting the maintenance mode message ("Come back soon")
But when I go here:
http://www.thephilipsmithfoundation.com/...
I can see the site.
Is this something I can fix in the concrete5 settings or is this more of an issue with the way my domain is set up...?

Strange.
When I checked it (when I sent out the link) the link without the "www" was in "maintenance mode" and the "www" was okay.
Am I just having some sort of cached problem?
Because I am certain the first link was not working (and so is the disgruntled client who called me about it after they turned off maintenance mode). I would just like to know how to advise them for future.

Tested on different computers one thats never visit the site and my work one.
but some people that i talkt to can se the bothe version (www. and .)
My computors (Both) are on the same network so i think it maby is a Router/firewall cashed issue,
I will reset it and se...

fixed and working now
