Move container layout in 5.831

Hi - I have an issue with moving (even empty) container layouts in my custom theme. Tried the same with Elemental in 5.831 and it was not possible to drop an existing layout anywhere ... Is this a known issue?

Just to clarify, when you click and drag the move handle, the layout does not move?

What browser are you using?

Hi Karl
It appears that this was (yet another) Firefox issue. I updated to Quantum this morning and everything seems fine now.
