Navigation (in stacks, global areas) missing in guest-view

Hi
I have attached an image: In my design view (administrator, top of image) you see there is a menu on the top right (horizontally) with a search field and language flags.
Also there is a menu (pixelized) in the dark blue area and below grey bar at the bottom of the page.

When I look at the page in guest view (firefox private option) the menus are gone! (also gone in Chrome/Opera)

Any ideas what happens here? When I say gone I actually mean it's really missing from the HTML source.
I created the navigation using stacks (as the site will be multilingual and there might be adjustments). Also the menu on the top-right, the search and the images for the languages are embedded as a stack.

Check your stack permissions.

Have you checked to make sure that your Stacks are Approved? If stacks are not approved they do not show to the guest user.

We have been noticing that the "approve" stack button does not always show after making edits to a stack. If you make an edit to a stack and the approve button does not show up automatically, refresh the page and it will appear.

As @hutman explained, if you make an edit to a stack and do not approve it, it will not appear when logged out and viewing as a guest.

Hi

thanks for the replies.

The stack should have the permission to be seen by guest accounts. I check this at the stacks permission.

The second explanation (approve) sounds much better to me but:
Yes, I see (as you say sometimes - better most often) the "Approve" button - but when I press it I am caught in the redirect error (see also:https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/5-7-discussion/major-issu... andhttps://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-7-4-1/activating-a-theme... )

Hi

thanks to the "redirect fix" (https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/commit/b1a478a17804bcb789ad60... ) it works. I actually needed to approve it.
