Out of date tags

I've deleted a few pages yet the tags that were associated with them remain all over the site and I cannot seem to find a way to clear them.

I've cleared the site cache but they stubbornly remain as dead links.

I finally found it. For those needing to do this, it's under Dashboard->Pages & Themes-> Attributes - > Tags
