Page Links Changed to Different Sub-domain

Hi guys,
We're using Concrete Version 8.3.2.
Lately we've been editing settings on our website to crank up the page loading speeds, this includes optimizing our images, trying different caching methods, and setting redirects through htaccess.
The problem we're having is that links on our web pages mysteriously changed to a different sub-domain. Once from ourdomain.com/sample_page to mail.ourdomain.com/sinmple_page, then from ourdomain.com/sample_page to ftp.ourdomain.com. Although, we found out that after we clear concrete's cache, all gets back to normal.
We are left puzzled by this mysterious changing of links.
We don't know how where to even start looking since we don't know what causes this. Please help.

Is it on all of your pages ? Or is it happening on certain pages and inside blocks or breadcrumbs ?

We had a similar issue, after clearing BlockOutputCache table, it came back again.

The strange thing is that, this issue is not present in the other database tables.

We see mail.example.com, ftp.example.com links on breadcrumbs.
