Pagerfanta.php Exceptions

Permalink
I have inherited a site running 5.7.5.13.

In Logs I get lots of Exceptions raised by normal front-end (i.e. Guest) users like this:

Exception Occurred: /home/*********/public_html/concrete/vendor/pagerfanta/pagerfanta/src/Pagerfanta/Pagerfanta.php:262 Page "8" does not exist. The currentPage must be inferior to "1" (0)

I cannot replicate the Exception myself when using the site, and am not sure quite where to look to troubleshoot.

The site only uses pagination in one place, which is a blog area run by 'problog' - but when I play around with the pagination there, no Exceptions occur for me. There are no customised versions of any pagination being used that I'm aware of, and no core over-rides of any Pagerfanta code.

No users have actually reported seeing anything unusual happen with the pagination, but I don't like to leave things as they are as there is obviously something not quite right.

Has anyone seen similar exceptions occur, or suggest any possible causes?

Thanks.

Hi drbiskit,

Have you encountered this issue on sites that are not running ProBlog?

Hi MrKDilkington - Yes, it's just on the one site running problog. Is that likely to be the offending item do you think? I wasn't sure what else pagerfanta might be used for.

@drbiskit

If the only site experiencing the issue is the same one using ProBlog, then it might be worth exploring.
