I wouldn't call it 'stuck'. More often than not it can take over a week for approval, greatly depending on if it worked the first time and the response from the PRB volunteers.

The way the system currently works is the PRB volunteers will look at your add-on when they are available and let you know if there are any problems. Then the core team will make a pass every so often and approve or leave feedback.

Any time your add-on isn't ready for prime time, this can set you back.

Hang in there... it'll get through eventually.

I had an add-on waiting for approval several weeks. At the time the PRB was behind on schedule, mostly because many of the volunteers also was testing out a new version of C5.

My suggestion is you add a comment to your add-on asking for more input. That way it will be bumped and the chances are someone will take a look at it. If it is a simple add-on, then add the time you think it would take to test it. That way the PRB can plan their time better.

And, as Lucas said, the PRB consists mainly of volunteers that devote their spare time to test and verify functionality for the community.

Also just test out the basics. Make sure that it installs uninstalls fine and that adding a block and things just simply work. You'd be amazed how often something relatively simple error wise will be submitted to the marketplace.
