Problem: Adding a Page

Whenever I try to add a page, I get the regular form that asks you to choose a page type and name, etc. Except I can't actually choose any page type. I have attached an image of what I get. Is there something missing in my theme? I have all the basic files, full.php, view.php, default.php. What could be the problem?
