I see quite a lot of support tickets for ProBlog, which are still unanswered. Also quite some refunds. Don't want to sound negative, but will you be able to handle more support requests? I am rather hesitant if I see a lot of that to be honest. Just wanted some clarification, this is nothing personal nor an attack ( I have not yet invested any money, so I'm not a mad customer :) )

There are a couple things you may want to consider before coming to any conclusions. One, you do not see the number of purchases. 5 support requests out of 20 purchases is much much different than 5 support requests out of 200 purchases. Second, many issues are addressed in updates via other tickets, and sometimes via PM. There are users that for one reason or another have some specific edgecase issue, and many of those users are really bitter when I can not jump when they say jump. But all in all, if there is an issue, and any effort whatsoever beyond "IT DON'T WORK!!!" is there, I try very hard to resolve issues. Also consider the fact that 5.7 in general has been somewhat a moving target and is only just now stabilizing. More specifically in the early stages. Shame on us for trying to get product out with a new release, huh? lol I hope that addresses some of your concerns.

Yeah, I know. Some people want things and they want it NOW. They don't know people have a life to live other than being behind a computer 24/7. Thanks for explaining. I just saw the open support tickets and I just thought to let you know. I may not be the only one, that's why I said what I said. Maybe post a reply in these tickets and put them on "Resolved"? That will give a much more positive view imho.
