Re-ordering Express Entries

I have a list of express entries on a page and i want them to order in a certain way.
How can i do this? Is there a way to set the order not based on a column?
a bit like how pagelist are pulled in from either date added, or sitemap order.

You have to enable “custom ordering via dashboard interface” on the Entity’s settings
then when you save that, there will be a “Re-Order Entries” item on the left side nav of the entity settings (NOT the entry listing).. sort of confusing
go to dashboard/system/express/entities
choose one.
then “Edit Entity”
under Advanced it says “Custom Display Order” then when you save that, on the left nav there, it will show “Re-Order Entries”
