Responsive and add-on's that display Members

Currently my desktop application uses AJAX Member Directory to display members. For the users, listing member information is one of the important uses of the application, however there is a requests to make the current application Responsive.
I notice AJAX Member Directory is not available in 5.7 and above. Are there Add-on's do what AJAX Member Directory does and lend themselves to a Responsive layout?
