Please help i want to send privte message to selected users like concrete5's inbuild functionality of send private massages please please help me please.......

You can send it through users profile page. If the profile is not enabled, just go to dashboard system & settings and fine profile

There you can set enable user profile.

There is not such a feature at the core. You should consider doing it manually

The "mailer" add on will send emails to your registered users if this is along the lines of what you're trying to accomplish...
