simplesamlphp instead of regular login

Anybody has tried to integrate simplesamlphp on concrete5 to deal sso?
I need to replace the original login to use simplesaml.

the first link is not usefull because does not exists any tool on the marketplace.

I will read the Authentication Framework and i will to know you if it is a good idea to me ...

Sorry to up a post done 2 years ago but did you find a way to integrate simplesamlphp with concrete5 ? I have the same requirement to authenticate users against SAML provider and I don't find out any help on it
