site_post.php doesn't execute

Hi I'm trying to follow some instructions which ask me to create a site_post.php but this file doesn't seem to execute. I'm putting this file in the same "config" folder as site.php, statistics.php, concrete.php, database.php, etc. But it seems to be ignored. If I replace site.php then the file executes.

Any ideas?

I'm using the Bitnami Concrete install on my local computer, such that the root (I think) is C:\Bitnami\concrete5-8.4.3-2\apps\concrete5\htdocs

I've also tried putting it here: htdocs\application\config\site_post.php, still no luck.

Possibly the content of the file is the problem?

If I save site_post.php as site.php then the file executes so there's nothing wrong with site_post.php.
It looks like Concrete 8.4.3 doesn't bother to execute site_post.php. Anyone know whether this is true?
