Slider not displaying correctly when logged out. Javascript related?

I have a site recently completed that works beautifully when logged in, but not when logged out. I have spent hours trying to find a solution to this problem, including working with the Theme developer and can't seem to find the source of the problem. I've even installed a copy on a different server hoping to maybe isolate a problem. Here's the url to my test site:
http://test.mainideas.cloud/index.php...
The problem is that the slides all display at once, stacked, as though progressively loading. The background image starts out zoomed way in. These eventually settle down but still appear glitchy. Also, another logo slider further down the page displays with the logos stacked vertically instead of scrolling horizontally. Then there are the 3 feature boxes that are supposed to be placed over the parallax image of the man grinding on the car which, instead, are located above the parallax area. Generally, the page is really messed up. But, login using
URL:http://test.mainideas.cloud/index.php/login...
UN: demo PW: review
and you'll see everything working fine as it should.

I'm suspecting it has to do with javascript not loading or conflicting but I can't seem to find the problem. I've been trying to find something in Devtools but not seeing any related Console errors, etc.

Does anyone have a clue for me on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance,
Steve
