Strange problem with File Manager when using Tables addon

Not sure if anyone may know whats causing this but a client has been adding content to various tables using the Tables addon but all of a sudden a problem has occurred when she is adding images.
When she goes to add an image into a row using the file manager she can't select any images after the file managers page 1 (can select any image fine that appears on page 1 although i've just discovered that if you go to page 2 and then back to page 1 then that also stops working). I thought it must be a problem with the file manager but other blocks seem to work OK.
Using the latest version 2.2.1 in concrete 5.4.2.2.
